🧙‍♂️ The Bazaar Meta Tier List – Patch 1.0.0 (April 18, 2025)

🧠 Meta Summary

The most recent patch on April 16th and the quick hotfix on April 18th have brought big changes to the game, including a rework of Dooley’s Cores AND Mak’s Catalyst (not his anymore!). These changes as well as some targeted nerfs have shaken up the meta and the Tier List, knocking two previous S-Tier builds in Reagents Mak and Dooltron Dooley down a notch. That said, Mak and Dooley maintain their grip on the meta due to their multitude of strong options at all stages of the game.

Dooley has several reliable builds in S Tier and A Tier. Dooley’s latest expansion massively bolstered his strongest build in Power Drill, and the core rework he received in this patch has revitalized his other builds like Ignition Core and Friend/Haste builds. Expect to see builds using some of the previously weaker cores like Weaponized Core, Critical Core, and The Core as players continue to experiment with these changes.

Mak continues to have a lot of options in his arsenal and a flexible playstyle, making him a powerful midrange hero that can scale well into the late game. Mak’s strongest builds find a way to mitigate his survivability woes. His Magnus’ Femur slow build is ridiculously easy to hit and can land 10 wins given a couple favorable enchantments or skills. Moose Staff can be played midrange without much support, and can turn into late game powerhouse if built around with things like Ritual Dagger or a good enchantment on Soul Ring. Other options like Athanor, Vat of Acid, or Laboratory can be strong given the right setup.

Vanessa can reliably clinch a silver victory, but her late game deficiencies can make it hard for her to get to 10 wins. Her Shot Glass build lands in S Tier, and should start to increase in popularity as more players unlock her expansion. Classic Multi-Weapon and Single-Weapon builds are both still viable on Vanessa, and can reliably get you a silver victory, with potential for 10 wins given some lucky enchants or skills.

Pygmalian is the weakest hero at the moment, and any hope Pyg players had from the rework of Money Tree were dashed when the hotfix nerf came out just two days later, landing the build back in C Tier. However, his Jabalian Drum build has been picking up steam recently, landing it in A Tier. If you can get that going, or a Value Stacker or Max Health build, he’s still a force to be reckoned with come late game. Let’s hope he gets some love next patch.
